We
are conveniently located in San Jose at the cross roads of the 87 corridor, Curtner
Avenue, and Almaden Road, in the Willow Glen Plaza neighborhood shopping center. To
find us, look for Stars Ladies Workout
& Fitness Studio; we are next to Starbuck's Coffee, across the parking lot
from the Jiffy Lube - Quaker State automotive service facility, and around the
corner from the Safeway grocery store; the Almaden Cinema movie theaters and
the Original Pancake House are also located in the Willow Glen Plaza. Plenty
of free parking is available in the parking area in front of our studio.
History
Having overcome serious health
challenges by taking charge of my own wellness and educating myself on how to
properly feed my body so that it could heal itself and function effectively,
I have become a healer and nutritional evangelist. Let me share with you what
I have learned about staying healthy, positive, and living a fulfilling, vibrant
life. I am here to help, serve, and support your quest for optimal health and
wellness.
I was sick because I was nutritionally deficient. So, I learned how to eat
the right foods. And, I learned how to use quality nutritional supplements and
herbal remedies to increase my body’s resistance, strength, and stamina.
Once I got well, I wanted to share the message so others could get well. I started
teaching nutrition, body function awareness, and weight management classes.
Then, I started Stars Special Training and Rehabilitation
Services and Stars Ladies Workout & Fitness Studio in order to provide a comfortable
place for people to get well and achieve success in important areas of their
lives.
But, even if I was encouraging
my customers and students to eat a healthy, well balanced diet, and even if they
were managing to eat the right foods, their bodies were not getting all of the
nutrients to function properly. Nutritional supplementation and herbal remedies
were critical to my own success, to my successes with my clients, in getting
and staying well. Needless to say, I have been searching for the best nutritional
