to approach personal fitness.
The equipment requirements are elementary: a bag, gloves, jump rope, timer
and music. And you'll get a workout that doesn't miss a spot: a 1,000-calorie-an-hour
cardio bomb and a superb all-body tuner that builds shoulders and forearms and
works legs, hips, abs, upper back, triceps, biceps and lats. (Want to blast your
delts? Try holding 16-ounce gloves at chin level for two rounds.)
Our instructors are all boxers, kickboxers and mixed martial artists that
have gone through rigorous training and know the best way to challenge the body
to its ultimate shape.

ABOUT US LA BOXING Franchise Corporation was founded in February 2004. However, the
LA BOXING chain was started in 1992, in Orange County, California by its current
owners. Now, after 15 years, LA BOXING has a solid understanding of the boxing
and kickboxing health and fitness industry and what it takes to succeed. We are
on the cutting edge of the industry with great training programs, superior equipment
and technology and strategies for today's fast-paced and competitive business
environment.
If you are tired of the same old workout and not seeing the results you anticipate,
LA BOXING is for you! We offer a variety of classes ranging from beginners to
pro boxers and mixed martial artists who are training for a fight. With state-of-the-art
training methods and instructors, LA BOXING is sure to get you in the best shape
of your life.

CLASSES BOXING
Want to go a few rounds? This class will get you ready to do just that! This
boxing class will teach you boxing skills and technique, increase your muscular
and cardio endurance, take your core strength to a new level, and burn off more
than just calories. A cardio boxing, bag work and core strengthening segment
will always be done. Heavy bags, jump ropes and sparring mitts may be used. Hand
wraps are strongly recommended for the bag work portion of class.
KICKBOXING
Basic techniques and fundamentals of kicking and punching; half cardiovascular
exercises and half interval training; focuses on dynamic movement, isolated limbic
movement, muscle strengthening, overall conditioning, agility and reaction, stretching,
sit-ups/push-ups, high intensity fast paced workout, no previous experience necessary,
for both men and women.
Based on kickboxing, learn the proper form for kicks and punches while strengthening
entire body.
JIU JITSU
An introduction to self-defense utilizing the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu system of self-defense.
The types of techniques we practice include joint locks, throws, chokes, defense
from stick and knife attacks, kicks, punches and much more. Jiu Jitsu can be
utilized by people of any size and strength. Jiu Jitsu does not rely upon brute
force, but instead utilizes anatomical knowledge and mental conditioning to control
and subdue an attacker.
